At Vector Pickleball, LLC, we have complete confidence in the exceptional quality of our premium paddles. We believe in standing behind our products and providing unmatched customer satisfaction. To ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, we have implemented a comprehensive return policy.
When you purchase one of our paddles from vectorpickleball.com or an authorized retailer, you have the assurance of a 30-day money-back guarantee (paddles only). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your paddle within the first 30 days, you can return it. We are confident that once you experience the superior performance of our paddles, you won't want to part with them. It's important to note that this return policy only applies to registered paddles.
In addition to our generous return policy, we also offer a 6-month warranty to cover any manufacturer defects and workmanship issues (paddles only). Our warranty covers all materials and workmanship-related defects starting from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. However, it's important to understand that the warranty does not cover damages caused by improper usage, negligence, abuse, transportation, acts of nature, or accidents. Proof of purchase may be required to avail of the warranty, and Vector Pickleball, LLC's liability is limited to repairing or replacing the defective product at our discretion. It's also important to mention that our warranty does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
To ensure clarity on what is not covered by our warranty, please take note of the following situations that are excluded from coverage:
- Normal wear and tear, abuse, and negligence.
- Any modifications made to the paddle after purchase.
- Fading of graphics.
- Excessive damage to the edge guard.
- Hitting objects other than the pickleball, such as the ground or other paddles, which can weaken the paddle or loosen its trim.
- If you are not the original purchaser.
- Purchasing from a non-authorized Vector Pickleball dealer.
